Powder Coating
By the electrostatic powder coating metallic construction units can be covered with a pushing reading, decorative and corrosion resistant plastic film. Our plant has a   mechanism and a hand cab.
Thus we guarantee short color change times and economical coating with batch and line production.
The plant has a combined degreasing and iron phosphatization.

Shot Peening
In an injector jet cab small to middle construction units from highly alloyed, rust resistant steel can be cleaned, roughened up or be provided with a decorative surface.

Grinding
Directly after the cut sheet metals can go through a broadband sharpening plant and be coated afterwards with a protecting foil (also laser foil).
For additional grinding works different grinders and hand grinders are available.
